The last couple days has been rough pretty slow fishing out of Hatteras.  A few mahi, small tuna, occasional wahoo, but decent bottom fishing.  Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully things will pick up.

 nice catch for some friends from Virginia we had numerous gaffer dolphin (mahi-mahi),  missed a sailfish first thing this morning and finish the day off with a nice catch of bottom fish including Vermilion snapper and Trigger one was a 6-pound citation a great day for all .

12 Year OLD Brandon got his first billfish today.  We dodged water spouts and managed to scrap out a day of fishing with mahi, some tuna, triggers, and released a sailfish.

Mahi fishing, tuna, and billfish continue to be good out of Hatteras.  

Recap for the week of fishing the big rock marlin tournament.  We fished the ladies tournament and weighed in a nice mahi, way to go angler Janie Jones.  During the week of fishing we saw several big marlin but was unable to get them to come tight.  Congrats to Ashley Lauren with a 624.1 and [...]

Congratulations to Marlin Gull for bringing in the first fish over 500lbs and winning the fabulous fisherman category with a 564.8 lb marlin. [...]

Took a nice family from Kentucky out for a few hours this morning.  We had a great time catching Spanish mackerel.  Getting ready for the Big rock marlin tournament . We will be fishing the women's tournament tomorrow and the main tournament starting Monday.  Stay tuned for updates.

Nice family from New Jersey fished on Carolina Girl today. Mahi, one of which was a citation , a few blackfin, and jumped a billfish off.  We had a great day.

Mahi continue to be caught off Hatteras along with blackfin, bottom fish, and the billfish bite has been good.

Great day of fishing.  Nine mahi with one gaffer dolphin a citation at 38 lbs, one citation grouper at 43 lbs, and released a sailfish.  Had a white marlin on but jumped him off.  Thank you Mathew Simon and family.
