Great day of fishing.  Nine mahi with one gaffer dolphin a citation at 38 lbs, one citation grouper at 43 lbs, and released a sailfish.  Had a white marlin on but jumped him off.  Thank you Mathew Simon and family.

Eye Catcher lures saved the day for Carolina Girl sportfishing out of Hatteras today.  Using the blackfin lures, these two young fellows had a great day. Eye Catcher Lures saved the day!!!

Things slowed down for offshore fishing today. The hot fast water moved in . We did manage to catch a few dolphin, jacks, blackfin,  and a SAILFISH.  Thanks Brian and family.

Fishing out of Hatteras today was awesome.  Over 500 lbs of mahi. Over 500 lbs of Mahi!!!

Offshore fishing out of Hatteras was hot today. Excellent catches of mahi, grouper on first drop, and the marlin bite was crazy. Many fish seen, multiple blues whites and sails caught. One blue marlin was boated. Crazy good. May 24, 2016 Girls getting it done.

Excellent fishing off of Hatteras today with a nice catch of Gaffers, Wahoo and Blackfin tuna for us. Others in the fleet saw a few blue marlin today too.

Carolina girl had another great day of fishing out of Hatteras 20 gaffers, three kings and a tuna. Way to go Billy and friends from VA.

Offshore fishing out of Hatteras continues to be great with large numbers of gaffers,  scattered tuna, and to top it off we got a sailfish.

Back to charter fishing.  20 gaffers, a wahoo,  king, and 2 SAILFISH.  Awsome day.

Well folks day 2 of the tournament.  Had a big blue marlin come into our baits all lit up. it took our short shotgun and commenced to chewing, but unfortunately pulled the hook.  She was a big one.  Will probably take a lay day tomorrow and try to catch one Saturday.  Until next time, tight [...]
